Project details

Renovation of this iconic Grade II listed building to include 82 apartments and ground floor public square with contemporary cafes and restaurants. Residents' amenities include a 30m lap pool & poolside sauna and steam cabins.

Project role

To develop the design of the pool & spa elements with the specialist subcontractors from stage 4 onwards to include the pool tank, pool water treatment system and heat experiences. Monitoring of stage 5 works and conduct commissioning checks.

Devin was brought on board to develop the design of Centre Point Residences, London from stage 4 onwards of the pool tank, water treatment system and heat experience cabins.
