It takes 2 years for an engineer to be trained by Devin before they are fully conversant with our six products. Our structure includes eight Project Engineers, four BIM competent Design Engineers and a strong Finance and Administrative team. This provides a team with strength in depth, unmatched outside the US.

Your project team will include a Director, Project Engineer, Design Engineer and Finance Manager to oversee everything from design to construction and handover. You’ll be kept informed of every stage in our process and supported with concise information and documentation, as part of our QMS compliance.

An engineer by profession, Tom Devin founded the company in 2000 after identifying a gap in the market for specialist pool engineering advice.

With a strong personal interest in swimming and some 15 years’ prior experience in the design of pools, Tom was well placed to offer independent expert advice in this specialist field.

Fast forward to the present day, the team has grown at a steady pace and is now overseen by Managing Director Colin Dougall, with prestigious projects worldwide.
