Project details

An iconic Grade II* Listed landmark building that has undergone meticulous restoration and revival. Comprising 41 exclusive residences and Four Seasons Hotel London offering a wealth of luxury facilities including a spa and fitness centre as well as a private members club.

Project role

Design of the pool water treatment systems, spa water and air features, and the heat experience cabins; tendering, site monitoring of installation and commissioning.

Devin is delighted to be part of the design team on the fabulous redevelopment of one of London’s most stunning buildings, Ten Trinity Square.

There are two indoor pools; a lap pool and a vitality pool.  The vitality pool has two Corbusier style air loungers, reflexology station, neck massage jet and a wall massage station. Water treatment incorporates ozone and UV for excellent quality. There are five luxurious thermal cabins – poolside sauna and steam, hammam, female steam, and VIP steam shower – with a rich palette of materials.
