A new building on the Northampton School for Boys site providing the school with new gym fitness suite, events space, a dance studio, wet & dry changing facilities and a pool providing regional training and competition facilities with spectating gallery. Circulation within the pool takes account of the movable floor. The water treatment system incorporates PAC flocculation, medium rate filtration on sand, photo-oxidation using ultraviolet, heating, pH control and residual disinfectant control using on site chlorine generation. VSDs control pump flows linked to an electronic flow meter. Movable floor provides a range of water depths for different training activities.
