Further description

The Vortex is a unique piece of water sculpture, specifically designed for the entrance to the Seaham Hall Hotel. The requirement for an aesthetically high water quality is important for two reasons. Firstly the water feature acts as the first introduction to water for guests arriving at the hotel. Secondly the water sculpture itself requires a very high water quality in order to show itself off in its best light.

An independent water treatment plant is provided located in the basement of the hotel. Treatment is provided 24 hours a day through a high quality filtration system, combined with low level chemical treatment.
